JUANITA’S Rockaby Road, Subiaco

Juanitas has been a favourite for the locals of Subiaco for years and in 2018 was given a new lease on life when the venue was taken over by a team with great knowledge of the industry. 

In keeping with the original vibe of the venue, project BLAK stripped back the collection that had accumulated over the years, refurbished furniture, restored art works and reconfigured the layout to make the most out of the space. 

The story of who Juanita really is, is portrayed through the objects, art and furniture throughout the space. We sourced and supplied mid century, retro furniture and custom designed and fabricated retro booth seating for the venue. We also curated the display of local artisan works.
