We started with a blank canvas, a shop space that had never been used. We worked closely with our client to incorporate items into the fit-out design that she had previously used for her exhibitions. This baby store design was built using premium-grade plywood as the main material, which gave a soft, warm feel to the space. The design included a custom shop counter, window display boxes, and floating shelving with custom plywood wall brackets. The parquetry dividing wall was one of our favourite elements to design and build. The layout, lighting, fixtures and furniture are designed and built by marama studios.
